Karmveer Bhaurao Patil Earn and Learn scheme:

Introduction:

Those students who are coming from rural area, economically backward, intelligent and can not afford higher education, government has taken initiative to provide economical support under the scheme “Karmveer Bhurao Patil Earn and learn”. Under this scheme student can earn money by doing work after college timing.

Objectives:
  • To provide financial assistance to the financially backward and needy students.
  • To make students a knowledge servant.
  • To motivate students for self employment.
  • To make students aware about work culture.
Procedure of implementation:

The scheme has been successfully implemented in TES's - Bhusawal Arts, Science & P. O. Nahata Commerce College, Bhusawal. Many students from Arts, Science and Commerce stream were benefited through the financial assistance provided by our institute in association with KBC North Maharashtra University Jalgaon in the form of Earn and Learn scheme. The maximum number of students can be benefited by the scheme is decided by the 1.5 to 2 % of the admitted total student of the college.

Rules and regulations:
  • Under this scheme, the student has to work 3 hours per day.
  • Student will get Rs. 40/- per hour remuneration for the work.
  • These students has to work in various department like office, PG research labs, UG labs, library, Grahak Bhandar, Gymkhana etc.
  • Student can get their remuneration on every end of month.

Economically Backward Student Support Scheme:

Introduction:

  • To provide financial assistance to the financially backward and needy students.
  • To promote high education among the poor and backward students.
  • To motivate the backward student for higher education.
Procedure for Application:
  • The selection of the student is decided by the university.
  • Interested students who are enrolled in the college can apply by filling the prescribed form to the student development department.
  • The list of interested students further proceeded by the college to university.
  • The selected student will get economical help from the university
